Do you allow/accept mods who also moderate at other sites, possibly even your competition?
My only requirements in this area is that they comply with NDA, and not be a moderator at a hostile competitor. _________________ Webmaster:

This is an interesting topic. Thanks for bringing it up.
My "hostile competitors" tend to be people I don't care about or consider competitors, such as communities started by banned users, liars, people that have said nasty, unfair things about me or my website, etc. Chances are, if they run with that crowd, I will never invite them to join my staff.
That said, beyond that, I don't mind if they moderate at other sites. I don't require any exclusivity, but I do expect them to maintain the sanctity of our forums.

I allow it I am not for competition, I am for community and making friends An example of how not competitive I am is I directly link other admin sites to my admin site like Patrick's here
The more admin sites, the better gain of forum knowledge IMO... _________________ ~Shawn
