5. Bossing Their Fellow Moderators Around
I know how bad it can be. My admin is always telling me post or copy a post. I really can't work with this person for many reasons and I find his leadership toxic. I think the best thing to do is to sit down or im or phone the admin and have a long conversation about the direction of the forum and where you see yourself as a mod. I'm assuming you're speaking from a moderators perspective czw79? Have you handled your situation with the way you have described? Has it worked out?
